1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Services are delivered according to a signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement which prevails over these general terms where there is conflict.
3. Quotations & Payment
Quotations are valid for 30 days. Payment terms, milestones and currency are set out in each agreement. Late payment may suspend delivery or support.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed source code and deliverables transfers to the client. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries and Hamsha tooling remain our property or that of their licensors.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to information, systems, stakeholders and approvals required for delivery.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during an engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.
7. Warranties & Support
We warrant that services will be performed with professional skill and care. Defect correction is provided for the warranty period stated in the agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
